• Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the URLs and icons provided during the configuration process.
• Device Safety: While SafeClip generates standard configuration profiles, you install them at your own risk. SafeClip is not responsible for any device malfunctions or data loss resulting from the use of generated profiles.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

• No Server Storage: SafeClip is designed with privacy at its core. All profile generation is performed locally in your browser. We do not store or transmit your URLs, icons, or personal data to our servers.
• Third-Party Links: Our Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Ko-fi for donations). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

5. Intellectual Property

• Service Content: The design, code, and branding of SafeClip are the intellectual property of its creator.
• User Content: You retain ownership of the icons and information you provide. By using the Service, you represent that you have the right to use such assets (e.g., app icons).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. SafeClip does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all future versions of iOS.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SafeClip or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
